A day with the Girls

Sunday, Caden Raegan and I went to the Factory to do a "special project" for Chad for Father's Day. Kelly and Emily joined us, making it even more fun.

After we painted pottery, we walked around the Factory and looked at the unique shops they have there. The girls and I had a great time!

Hopefully Chad will like our Father's Day creations!

Discovery Canyon Adventure

Caden and Raegan were in Vacation Bible School last week. The theme was Discovery Canyon Adventure. They listened to Bible stories, learned a Bible verse and Saint of the day, did crafts, learned songs, played games, and had yummy snacks. The girls really enjoyed it. On Friday night there was a musical performance for the parents.

Chad was at work so I had to man the camera and watch Addy. The pictures are not great, but I still wanted to share.

Addy's First Haircut

On Tuesday, I took Addy to get her first "official" haircut. I had been trimming her bangs up until then (sometimes with some not-so-good results).

She got her bangs trimmed and the back of her hair evened up. Addy did well and looks adorable in her little "bob".

Funny story...while we were there, the stylist asked Addy how old she was.
Addy said "five."
The stylist said "Are you sure you're five? Mommy says you're two."
Addy said, "NO! I five!"

Chad & Jody Birthday Dinner

Since our birthdays are three days apart, Mom took Chad, the girls and I out for a joint birthday dinner at Carraba's (our favorite Italian restaurant!) Mike, Kelly and Emily joined us. The food was delicious and the company excellent.

Chad's Birthday

Chad had to work on his birthday AND we had three soccer games that night so we had a birthday celebration at lunch. I cooked one of Chad's favorite meals and the girls and I made a cake. He was surprised when he came home.

Raegan Graduates!

Today, Raegan graduated from Preschool. She was very excited.

The pictures are of Raegan precessing in, walking off stage after receiving her diploma, with Grammy Phyl & GaGa, with her teachers, and celebrating at McDonalds.

Graduation song

The preschool class sang a song for the graduation. It was called "Berry's Chapel Bunch". There was supposed to be a second verse but the kids stopped there.
