Papa Frank visits

Dad came in to visit this week. We did not see him for his birthday so we decided to have a belated birthday celebration. Mike, Kelly and Emily joined us for dinner and cake and ice cream.


Addy immediately took to Dad, following him around calling him "Frank Frank." Dad was surprised at how big Addy has gotten and how much she is talking. But I think by the end of the trip, he was ready to change his name! LOL!

Caden was "sick" on Tuesday. Miraculously the minute I called to tell her school she wasn't coming, she felt better. I think she wanted some special time with her PaPa Frank. Dad took her to Pro Bass which she thought was a great adventure. She got to see all the "stuffed" animals, the big fish tank, and helped Dad pick out a new hat. Dad also let her pick out some candy to share with her sisters and then took her out to lunch. She had a great time!

Raegan challenged Dad to a bowling and golf tournament on the Wii. Having never played, Dad was a natural and beat all of us at both.
