Roger & Lu visit

Chad's dad, Roger, and his stepmom, Lu, came to visit us for a week. We had not been able to get together since last Christmas, so there was a lot to catch up on!

Roger and Lu came in town Tuesday evening. Wednesday, we ran some errands and had a delicious lunch at the Daily Dish. (If you have not been there - you need to try it!) Then that night, we met up with Chad for dinner at LaHacinda, since he was working. Thursday morning, Lu and I took a long walk around our neighborhood with one of our neighbors. That night, after soccer practice and dinner at PF Changs, Roger and Lu took Caden and Raegan to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua (which they loved). We went out to dinner Friday night at Carabbas (yum!) and then took Caden shopping with her birthday money. Saturday morning was filled with soccer games. Then Roger and Lu graciously babysat the girls so Chad and I could go to a costume party on Saturday night. Sunday after church, we went to Gentry Farms Pumpkin Patch and got to spend some time with Lu's niece, Candance, and her boyfriend.

On Monday, Roger and Chad went to the "Get Motivated" seminar, while Lu and I did some shopping for Halloween. Roger and Lu left Monday afternoon. It was a jam packed week, but I think everyone enjoyed it. Roger and Lu really enjoyed seeing and playing with the girls.
